WORK, HEALTH AND SAFETY MODULE LAUNCHED!
REEF is excited to announce our new Work, Health and Safety module is now available to members through REEF’s People Management System.
The new module is complimentary to all REEF members and has been designed around the new work, health and safety laws that commenced operation in NSW on 1 January 2012. The module is designed to assist members to better manage their obligations under the new work, health and safety laws.
To access to the module, member’s simply need to login to the People Management System on the REEF website and click on the “WHS Management” icon with the yellow hard hat at the top left hand side of the screen.
Tutorials are available in the “Help Guide” section of the system to assist members navigate and gain a better understanding of how to use the new module.
REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY AWARD 2010 REVIEW
REEF has made an application to Fair Work Australia (FWA) to vary a number of provisions under the Real Estate Industry Award 2010. This application and supporting submission was made on behalf of members as part of the statutory review of all modern awards being conducted by FWA. If you would like to read the supporting submission to our application please click the link below.
The purpose of the review, as required under the Fair Work Act, is to correct technical and drafting matters that may be causing confusion or ambiguity to employers and employees.
REEF will keep members informed of developments once the matter comes before FWA for determination. Watch this space!

As a REEF member you now have complimentary access to our award winning People Management System.
This award winning system provides you with a management tool that will assist your business in the more efficient management of its employees.
You will be able to create electronic personnel files for all of your employees into which you can store all information, documents and records associated with each person’s employment. The PMS also contains workflows that can assist you in managing the important components of the employment life cycle.
We encourage you to take a little time to navigate around the site by clicking on the various tabs and the “Help Guide” to watch instructional videos that demonstrate the functionality of the system.
