The Real Estate Employers’ Federation of NSW ("REEF") is a State registered industrial organisation of employers. As a member based association it has been providing guidance to real estate employers for over 30 years on a wide range of employment related issues. It is the organisation that will help you to set a more successful business course... to help you through the maze of ever-changing employment regulations... to ensure that your business is not forced to accept unfair and unaffordable employment conditions. It is the organisation to which you should belong in your own interest and that of the industry.
Founded as the Agents, Auctioneers, Brokers & Developers Employers’ Federation (AABDEF) on 5 May, 1966 the present name, The Real Estate Employers’ Federation of NSW was adopted by a general meeting of members on 25 November 1974.
As a member of REEF, you will belong to an organisation which is providing a high quality, affordable service designed to meet the needs of the real estate industry. You have instant access to a business ‘lifeline’ which provides sound and professional advice on employment issues.

GREG PATERSON - Executive Director
The Executive Director is Greg Paterson, an experienced industrial advocate, negotiator and employee relations adviser having been involved in industrial relations at both national and state levels for many years.
He is ably assisted by a number of experienced and knowledgable industrial advisers.
